Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to homes located in Avalon, Ocean City, and Sea Isle City. Just enter your rental address at checkout to confirm we’re in your zone.
When will my box arrive?
Our goal is to deliver your items before your check-in, so it’s waiting for you when you arrive. Sometimes, delivery time can be delayed due to traffic in the shore towns, but your box should arrive no later than the day you check-in.
Do I need to be there to receive my items?
Nope! We coordinate with your check-in time and leave the box in a safe, visible spot — like the porch, inside the door, or wherever your host prefers.
What comes in each box?
Each box is different and stocked with everyday vacation essentials. See the product pages for the full list of what's included in each bundle.
Can I customize what’s in the box?
Not at this time, but we offer multiple box options to suit different needs. If there is something you think should be included, let us know — we are always trying to improve!
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change your order up to 72 hours before your check-in date by sending us an email. After that, we’re busy packing and delivering your box!
Do you offer refunds?
If your box doesn’t arrive or something isn’t right, reach out to us — we’ll make it right. Otherwise, all sales are final due to the nature of the product.
Do you work with Airbnb or other rental companies?
At the moment, we’re fully independent but love working with hosts! If you're a host and want to offer boxes to your guests, contact us.
